2 Hours of Sleep In 10 Minutes

Can you imagine feeling like you got an extra 2 hours of sleep in 10 to 15 minutes?

This technique saved me in getting thru chiropractic school. My schedule during school occupied at least 100 hours per week, so you can imagine getting rest wherever I could was essential.

Here's the deal: This process or meditation is essentially bio-feedback combined with self-hypnosis, I call it the "I am at Peace Meditation."

Once you practice it and get good at this process your 10-15 minute catnap is like getting a good two extra hours of sleep.

How is this possible? Because you body becomes entrained to reach its ultimate stage of relaxation very quickly. Each day your lie down and walk thru this process your body remembers what you are doing and it happens quicker each time. Most of the time when we sleep we are tossing and turning, never reaching this deep state of relaxation, that's why you can feel as rested as if you took a 2 hour nap, but only spend 10-15 minutes.
