Self-Talk
   

The first thing to address is the way you think.  Our brain likes to be active and if you don’t give it something to do then it begins to go over the past or play out some scenario, usually with some negative outcome.  This is the main reason we keep repeating the past in our relationships and in our daily lives.  If you focus on the past and how things went wrong or how bad your life has been, you continue to transmit that energy into the future and thus you keep recreating the past results.  Your thoughts are powerful energy attractors and focusing on what you DON’T want will only bring more of what you don’t want.  Most people’s subconscious minds do not register ‘NO’ or “NOT”.  So, when you keep saying what you DON’T want, the subconscious mind registers it as something you DO want.  Our mind also attracts to us the things we give the most attention to! 

Think about it! Shouldn’t you spend your time and energy giving attention to the things you love in your life?  The problem is that most people don’t realize how much we love to tell ‘our story’ . . .  how somebody wronged us, the problems in our relationship, how much pain we are in, how much we had to suffer, etc.  If you spend all your time thinking about what you DON’T want your mind thinks you want it.  Your mind will create ways to manifest more of this in your life.  In the movie “The Secret” they call this The Law of Attraction.  As you put out thoughts which have vibratory energy, the Universe mirrors that energy and brings it to you, whether you understand the Law of Attraction or not.  A simpler way to look at is your mind will find ways to attract to you what you are giving your most attention to.  You need to understand on deep level the role you are playing in what you attract in your life and take responsibility for it.  Most people will adamantly deny any responsibility for ‘what has happened to them,’ saying ‘I never wanted that in my life.’  Directly or indirectly, we choose or attract these things into our lives.  The problem here is that even though you consciously don’t want something in your life, your subconscious mind may be attracting it.  This is why we say: “you are attracting everything in your life and most of it is on a subconscious level.”  This is where ‘“The Best Way”’ will help you uncover these malicious and harmful programs that are plaguing your life from the subconscious mind.  Once you take responsibility for all the conscious choices and thoughts you have taken in your life, and for everything you have created in your life thus far, then and only then can you change your life.  You then come to realize you are already able to powerfully manifest.  You are creating your new life in this very moment, in every moment!  Begin ‘Rewriting Your Life’ now!  The first step is listening to your self talk.
